Block Puzzle Jewel is a unique yet familiar game that seems at first glance to be similar to Tetris. That may be true on the surface, but the game has several differences that make it stand out from other Tetris clones. Instead of receiving pieces and rotating them so they fit in the proper location, you'll be given random pieces that can't be rotated. This means you will have to rely on nearly perfect placement in order to complete lines and remove shapes from the board.

Just like Tetris, if the blocks can't or won't fit in the space on the board, they will start to pile up until they reach the top of the screen. In Block Puzzle Jewel, this happens almost immediately when you make a mistake thanks to the small 8x8 game board. You barely have enough time to place the shapes as they fall before they start backing up.

The point of Block Puzzle Jewel is to provide an experience similar to Tetris, but with shorter gameplay that is more engaging. One possible downside to the software is that it is entirely run by ads, and there is no way to pay for an ad-free version.
