Boomerang is a free humorous app that works on Android versions 2.1 and higher. The official instructions state that users should install the app, enable boomerang mode and throw the phone while outdoors. Although the phone is fabled to return to the user like a boomerang, throwing the phone is not recommended. This app is intended to be a gag and, at least the current version, will not make your phone boomerang. However, the file size is only 3 KB and the source code is on Github. Perhaps someone can develop a future version that does really make phones fly.
