Dungeon Hunter 5 is an action RPG where players battle both demons and other players.

The game continues the world of the previous four installments of the series, but increases the variety of options players have at their disposal.

Like with previous Dungeon Hunters, players start out by selecting a character archetype. In Dungeon Hunter 5, you have five options, each of which wield a different weapon. Depending on which character you choose, you'll be battling through dungeons with either a wizard staff, halberd, crossbow, two handed sword or a pair of swords. These weapon options and the strategies they necessitate give the game a decent amount of replay value.

You start out in a story mode fighting against the AI. In story mode, you're able to accrue loot and experience points. Once you've tricked your character out with the right armor, weapons and accessories, you can venture into the battle arena. In the arena, you'll fight against other players from all across the globe. Dungeon Hunter 5 also offers a co-op mode where players can take on the demons with their friends.

Dungeon Hunter 5 has the outstanding graphics we've come to expect from the series, and both existing fans and newcomers to the Dungeon Hunter franchise should enjoy this new installment greatly.
