Inspired by the beloved space-based media franchise, LEGO: Star Wars is a video game in which players assume the role of various Star Wars characters that are made out of Lego pieces. Before the game commences, players have the option to fight for the force of the dark side.

From there, the game immediately begins. LEGO: Star Wars consists of 15 different levels, each unique to the Star Wars saga. Familiar faces including Master Yoda and Count Dooku make an appearance as well. As the levels advance, players can collect more characters and vehicles.
