Sonic Dash is a endless running type game starring long-time game character Sonic the Hedgehog.

Sonic Dash borrows the formula from the popular Temple Run game and brings it into the world of Sonic and his friends and foes. As you might expect from a Sonic game, the action is fast paced and a little chaotic, as you zoom through the game avoiding obstacles and enemies while scooping up the classic Sonic gold rings.

The level design and visual look will be familiar to Sonic fans, as will a number of supporting characters like Knuckles and Tails. As with many previous Sonic games, you'll be able to acquire power-ups to help you out as you progress.

One especially neat option Sonic Dash introduces is a way to battle your friends online. You don't actually occupy the same game space as them, though. Instead, you play the game like normal and record whatever score you ended with. You then send them a challenge with that score. If they can top your score, they win. If not, you're the winner.
