Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes is a turn-based RPG set in the Star Wars universe.

In the game, you send out a customized team of fighters on a variety of missions and battles throughout the galaxy. As the game progresses, you unlock more powerful characters and weapons and increase your fighting potential.

At the beginning of Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, you start out with a basic squad with low-powered and insignificant characters, like unnamed Jedi and Stormtroopers. As the game goes on, however, you unlock iconic and powerful characters like Han Solo, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader and others. The characters you receive depend on whether you've chosen to follow the light or dark side.

You have a home base where you go between battles, and here you can view your characters, acquire new ones, purchase upgrades for weapons and armor.

The combat itself is fairly simple - When it's your character's turn, you indicate which enemy you want to attack. All characters have a basic attack and a special attack, with the special attacks giving a variety of effects like extra damage or healing.
