Todoist is a flexible, syncing, and shareable scheduler.

I can juggle a few different deadlines, set repeating deadlines instead of having to make a new one every week or month, and there's a few ways to switch priorities. When I'm on an install project, sometimes I need to check with vendors to see if they need any input for me or if I need to do anything else before the main task.

Some vendors might even need my help, so I may need a list to juggle with the main project. I can share my list fairly easily with others through the app via Google Drive or Dropbox, so I'm not really boxed into some specific format.

It's useful for me, and I don't need to force others to use it just to get them on the same page. Pretty easy.
